The majority of this room is pretty simple. There’s plain white paint on the walls with a white comforter and brown designs. However, behind the bed, we see some funky wall art strung across that entire side. It looks to be made from metal or wood. The design is simply overlapping squares, but it really brings a sense of individuality into the room. It’s definitely quite unique and a great way to add a little touch of pizzazz to a seemingly boring room.
Wow, there’s definitely a lot of orange in this room. I would think that this room belongs to somebody who really likes bright colors and art. When I say art, I mean that artwork that is behind the bed. It looks as if it is a bunch of metal strands put together to create something unique. The rest of the room is filled with orange and white accents, making it a very bright place to be.

For art that uses an advanced printing process (making it almost indistinguishable from the original piece), browse a wide selection of giclee prints. Choose gallery-wrapped canvas art prints if you prefer the canvas to be pulled all the way around the stretcher and secured in the back. Once you’ve decided on the look you want, watch this video for techniques on the best way to properly hang your artwork.
A floor mirror propped against a wall in your bedroom or entryway looks elegant. Go for a faceted or framed design to suit your room’s decor. Wall mirrors come in all shapes and sizes so pick the right size to fit the wall space and decide on a square, diamond, circular, oval, rectangular or asymmetrical design, among others. Mirrors are highly decorative as well as functional so, if you don’t need one specifically to check out your look, then go for a bold design that makes a statement. This includes overlapping, smoked or colored glass, a woven design or multiple small mirrors fitted together in a pattern.
Rustic bedrooms are becoming more popular with each passing day and this one is no exception to that theory. This room features many pieces of wall art, such as the driftwood, and many other pictures that are hanging. At the end of the bed are two matching chairs and ottomans on top of a blue area rug. This is the perfect sitting are for reading or relaxing before bed. I also really like the design of the wood on the ceiling.

When decorating your bedroom, your first question should be “headboard or no headboard?” If you have one, is it low or high? For a high headboard, where the space above may be minimal, keep it simple. Put three smaller artworks in a row a few inches above the headboard or consider one long, narrow, panoramic artwork. If you have either a low or no headboard, a grouping of three or more artworks can work beautifully depending on the type and the height of your bedside lamps. Consider these options: center a great abstract with a restful view of the horizon and place two complementary pieces on either side over the lamps. This reflects the symmetry that often works well in bedrooms. Or, depending on the width of the wall, cluster smaller artworks into an arrangement that extends beyond the bed and over the bedside lamps. It’s easy to use art to tie all of the elements of your bedroom together.

This bedroom is very feminine. It is painted a soft pink color and has a pink comforter on the bed. Above the bed is a neat looking woven basket that has been flattened to be used as art. On each side of the bed there are blue paintings as well. I really enjoy looking at this room because it’s soft on the eyes and the recycled basket brings character to the area. This is an easy look to duplicate in my opinion.
